A: The 5K course will be both paved and trail with some inclines
and declines. The Fun Run (One Mile) course is completely paved,
mostly flat. It is entirely on the grounds of the Police and Fire
Training Academy and is completely closed to traffic.

A: No, but measured with GPS.

Is there a shorter "Fun Run"?
A: Yes, we will have a one mile Fun Run or Fun Walk or Fun Skip...that
course is completely paved so it's stroller friendly.

Can I walk this 5K or do I have to run?
A: : Either, we encourage both walking and running to show support
towards the Charlotte Finest Legacy Foundation.
